摘要
建国60多年以来,中国城市化经历了稳步提升、剧烈波动、停滞倒退、稳步发展以及快速推进等阶段,呈现出曲折反复、与经济发展不同步、工业化的城市化弹性低等特征。中国城市化与工业化不协调的根源在于城乡隔离体制和过度扭曲的资源配置机制,城市化的持续健康发展必须在市场经济的制度前提下,以工业化带动产业发展。
Since the foundation of People＇s Republic of China, it＇s urbanization process has experienced re- peated and tortuous stages. In this paper, we firstly outline the process of urbanization, and then try to explain it＇s special features based on dual perspectives of industrialization and marketization, based on the analysis of the relationship among industrialization, marketization and urbanization. The research finds that the repeated and tortuous features of Chinese urbanization process are greatly related with the special process of industrialization and marketization in China. Meanwhile, the paper suggests that the development of urbanization should base on the development of industries under the mechanism of marketing-economics.
