摘要
海上运输船舶为了储存食品,一般设有伙食冷库及相应的制冷装置。文章在充分分析和研究船舶伙食制冷控制系统的基础上,设计了一套采用可编程控制器作为控制核心的伙食冷库制冷控制系统。
In ordre to store food in the oceangoing ships, the provision cold store and corresponding cooling devices are installed. Based on analysis and research of refrigeration control system in oceangoing ship, a set of food cold storage refrigeration control system is designed by using the PLC （programmable logical controller）.
