摘要近年来的研究表明,细胞免疫是机体抗肿瘤免疫的主要方式,而T淋巴细胞及其亚群是细胞免疫主要功能细胞,在一定程度上可反映患者的免疫状态。为了解肺癌患者机体免疫状态、免疫功能情况,探讨细胞免疫在肺癌患者发病过程中的作用。本文用流式细胞仪对43例肺癌患者DNT(double negative T cells)细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群进行了检测分析,现报告如下。
