摘要
对上海市闸北、宝山、松江三个区域外来灵活就业人员的基本医疗保险现状、需求及参保能力情况进行实证调查和分析,发现外来灵活就业人员有强烈的参保需求和意愿,却受到经济收入、缴费水平、转移接续、政策宣传等方面的限制,为此提出相应的建议。
We surveyed on the demand and affordability of health insurance for migrant workers in Zhabei, Baoshan, and Songjiang district of Shanghai. We found that migrant workers were willing to participate in health insurance, but restricted by income level, premium level, health insurance transfer, and policy dissemination.
