摘要
就广西县级医院卫生人力资源的现状进行调研,结果发现县级医院存在卫生技术人员编制不足,职称、学历结构及医护比不合理等问题,建议充实县级医院人才队伍、合理确定公立医院人员编制、完善县级医院人事和收入分配制度,等等。
We carried out a cross-sectional survey on human resources of county hospitals in Guangxi Province. The results showed that the human resources were insufficient; it was unbalance for the proportion of occupational title and education level, and the ratioof doctor and nurse. We proposed to increased human resources, set reasonable size of human resources in public hospital, and improve personnel and income allocation system.
