假性痛风1例报告

摘要 患者男，70岁。因多关节肿痛30年，加重5个月余于2011年7月26日就诊。患者30余年前出现左侧膝关节肿痛，活动受限，无局部发红，否认发热、盗汗、肌肉酸痛、晨僵等。外院曾予抽取关节积液3次，每次量约40～50ml，具体性质不详，并局部制动。
