摘要
建立适于大型尿素装置模拟与优化分析的数学模型 ,开发面向对象的具有信息查询、物性计算、设备核算、流程模拟等多种功能的尿素生产流程模拟优化系统。对现场生产装置的模拟优化计算表明 ,该软件可用于指导实际的生产操作和设备改造 ,优化生产操作参数 ,提高企业的计算机管理水平。
This paper is concerned with the mathematical modeling for the purpose of simulation and optimization of large urea synthesis process.A urea synthesis process simulation and optimization system is developed with the functions of information consultation,physical property calculation,equipment cost accounting and process simulation.Its practical application in the production plant shows that the software can be used to guide practical plant operation and equipment revamp,optimize operating parameters,as well as improve computer administration level of the plant.
