分析原机械密封磨损、泄漏、使用寿命短的原因。改用流体动压非接触式螺旋槽端面密封后 ,基本达到了微磨损、无泄漏、可靠性高及寿命长的良好状态 ,确保了机组的正常运行 ,经济效益显著。
Analyzes the causes of the abrasion,leaking and short service life of the original mechanical seal After replaced with the non contact type of spiral chute end face seal with fluid dynamic pressure,it basically keeps a good state of minor abrasion,non leakage,high reliability and long life,ensuring the normal operation of the compressor train with remarkable economic results
