儿童哮喘控制测试对哮喘病情评估的临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨儿童哮喘控制测试对哮喘病情评估的临床意义。方法按GINA治疗规范，治疗前后采用问卷调查，由专家评估C-ACT得分，PEF％肺功能测定、FEVI％预计值数据分组进行统计学处理，分析与C-ACT相关性。结果治疗前后C-ACT得分在不同PEF％中差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），C-ACT评分等同于FEVI％、PEF％，具有良好的趋同性。结论儿童哮喘控制测试是一种简易而有效的评价哮喘控制的方法，值得在医疗机构中推广。
