摘要
根据层次分析法、矩阵法和变权函数确定权数及其调整在神华集团煤矿本质安全管理体系和风险评估等级中的应用。通过考虑时间和空间的变化对权重的影响可利用模糊控制逻辑的方法确定变权,这样确定的权数才会科学合理地反映各因素对评价总体的影响程度,更能准确反映出客观事实本身特征。
According to the analytic hierarchy process, matrix method and variable weight function, the paper determines the weights and its adjustment in Shenhua coal mine intrinsic safety management system and risk assessment application of grade. Through consid- ering the influence of time and space change on weights, flazzy control logic method is used to determine weights. So determined weights will reflect the impact of various factors on the overall evaluation scientifically and rationally, more accurately reflects the characteristics of the objective facts themselves.
