摘要
运用球壳失稳理论中发生煤与瓦斯突出时所满足的3个力学条件,分析松动爆破在防治煤与瓦斯突出过程中的作用机理,即通过运用松动爆破技术把突出时所同时满足的3个力学条件变成1个,使其解放的煤体失去突出危险性;并在突出动态应力场模型的基础上建立松动爆破前后安全煤柱厚度、瓦斯压力及应力变化示意图,得出了松动爆破技术在防治煤与瓦斯突出时的可行性、优点及措施;最后提出一些有利于提高松动爆破安全性的建议。
In the article, three mechanical conditions in the theory of "spherical shell instability stability" occurred in the coal and gas outburst are used to analyze loose blasting mechanism in the prevention and control of coal and gas outburst, namely through the use of loose blasting technology to make three mechanical conditions that all meeting in the coal and gas outburst become only one condition, so that the liberation of coal lost the outburst risks. The thickness of safety coal pillar, gas pressure and stress schematic before and af- ter the loose blasting are established on the base of the dynamic stress field model in the coal and gas outburst, and the feasibility, ad- vantages and measures on the loose blasting technology in the prevention and treatment of coal and gas outburst are drawn. Finally, some of the recommendations are advanced to improve the safety of loose blasting.
