摘要
近几年,先后发生了地震、泥石流、干旱、风灾、水灾等重大自然灾害,严重损害了我国社会经济的发展。在赈灾救济过程中,大学生发挥了积极的作用,但我国高校慈善社团的组织管理还不成熟,在资金募集、发展模式、活动内容等方面还存在诸多问题。为完善我国备灾应急机制,有必要把高校建设成为我国慈善事业发展的一个新阵地。
Recent years, there were natural disasters such as earthquake, debris flows, drought, wind hazard and floods that hin- dered the economic development of China. In the process of relieving the disasters, the college students played an important role. Anyhow, the organization of college students＇ charity communities is not mature and there are many problems in capital recruit- ment, developing mode, activity contents and so on. To improve the emergency system of preparing disaster, it is necessary to develop college students＇ charity communities.
