摘要
对保证分组适配率和配合质量目标的分组装配技术及实现方法进行了研究,提出一种基于面向质量目标的统计公差技术的统计分组装配技术;对影响配合质量指标和分组适配率的因素进行了分析,提出具有可操作性的保证配合质量目标和分组适配率的统计公差数学建模和设计方法。结合案例研究,给出这一新技术的三种典型应用,包括根据配合零件批的统计参数对分组装配后的配合质量进行预测,基于并行设计思路的分组装配统计公差设计和基于配合质量指标和先加工批统计参数的配合尺寸统计公差协调设计及控制。
A statistical selective assembly technique based on the quality--oriented statistical tolerancing was presented via the research for selective assembly technique to assure and realize the designed matchable degree and fit quality indices. The factors that affected the matchable degree and fit quality indices were analyzed, the mathematic model and design method with high maneuverability for statistical tolerance were developed for assuring fit quality and matchable degree. Three typical applications for this new approach were given, including predicting fit quality according to the statistical parameters of the mating batches, statistical tolerancing based on the way of concurrent design for selective assembly,and coordinated statistical tolerancing and controlling to the processes of the mating batch based on the required fit quality indices and statistical parameters of the manufactured mating batch.
