摘要
本文研究了中华麦饭石(CMS)对幼鼠生长发育的影响,同时研究了用CMS浸出液配制的培养基对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌和白色念珠菌增殖的影响。研完结果表明,与对照相比,CMS对幼鼠体重增长(P<0.01)、对金黄色葡萄球菌和伤寒杆菌增殖有明显促进作用。结果还发现高浓度CMS浸出液对白色念珠菌的增殖有明显的抑制作用。
In order to evaluate the biological functions of Zhonghua Maifanshi (China medicinal stone, CMS) ,the effects of CMS on the growth of mice and multiplication of staphylococci aureus, salmonella bacilli and canida albicans were studied.The experimental results showed that CMS had a significant accelerating action on the growth of infantile mice and multiplication of these bacteria in media prepared with CMS infusion. The results suggested that CMS infusion in high concentration could also inhibit proliferation of canida albicans.
