摘要
综述了高分子基PTC(正温度系数 )导电材料及其器件开发中最关键的技术———电阻稳定性的研究现状及进展 ,分析了影响电阻稳定性和重复性的因素 ,提出了辐照交联等方法 。
The development status and progress of technology about electrical resistance stability which was a key to study polymer PTC(positive temperature coefficient) conducting material and its application were reviewed. The effect factors of the electrical resistance stability were analyzed. The resoluble methods were given, and the basic principle was introduced.
