摘要
对硫酸铵饱和器中央管腐蚀的原因进行了调研和分析 ,研制开发了全结构酚醛玻璃钢中央管 ,工作环境为 :温度 6 0～ 70°C,介质为含氨和硫化氢的煤气、硫酸、含硫酸铵结晶的硫酸铵母液 (硫酸为 3%～ 4% ,个别时为 2 2 % ) ,在上海杨树浦煤气厂的硫酸铵饱和器内应用 ,至今已工作 6年仍完好 。
The causes of corrosion of the central tube for an ammonium sulfate saturator were investiga ted, an all glass fiber reinforced plastic (phenol formaldehide, or called phenoric resin) construction central tube was developed The tube has been satisfactorily used in the ammonium sulfate saturator in the Shanghai Yangshupu Gas Works for 6 years till now It works at temperatures of 60~70°C, and the working media are gas containing ammonia and hydrosulfide; sulfuric acid, (NH 4) 2SO 4 and the mother solution containing crystals of ammonium sulfate (sulfuric acid 3%~4% sometimes as high as to 22%)
