摘要
为了取代原来的喷砂工艺 ,考察了一种新型无污染金属化学转化剂对铸铁涂漆前处理的作用。结果表明 ,该化学溶液对铸铁具有钝化作用 ,经该溶液处理的铸铁表面生成约 3nm厚的无色转化膜。此种化学转化剂处理的工件漆膜与基体的结合力优于喷砂处理的工件 。
