MI期未成熟卵胞浆内单精子注射后可获得胚胎分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨来源于超排卵刺激周期的MI期未成熟卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)后受精和发育能力。方法:选择ICSI治疗中无第一极体也无生发泡的MI期卵母细胞共37枚,行常规ICSI授精,16~18 h后观察受精情况,以后每24 h观察胚胎生长情况并评级,直至采卵后72 h,按ICSI时MII卵子受精数计算受精率。结果:ICSI 37枚卵子,观察到原核的受精卵7枚,共获得11枚胚胎(4细胞I级,5~8细胞I级或II级胚胎9枚),受精率为29.73%(11/37)。结论:MI期卵子ICSI后仍有受精和胚胎出现,该部分胚胎是患者能多获得的可移植胚胎。
