骨盆后环不稳定伴骶丛损伤的法医学鉴定分析

摘要 交通伤所致的骨盆后环不稳定伴骶丛损伤，其早期临床诊断较为困难，原因在于伤者多合并头、胸、腹及下肢损伤，神经损伤的临床表现常被其他伤情所掩盖，到病情稳定后方才引起注意，临床上容易漏诊。由于骨盆后环不稳定伴骶丛损伤具有其特殊性，给法医鉴定带来了新的课题，应引起法医的高度重视。笔者对骨盆后环不稳定伴骶丛损伤案例的鉴定资料进行回顾性研究，并结合文献复习，现报告如下。
