摘要
目的观察高压氧联合辛伐他汀对动脉粥样硬化(AS)相关炎症因子表达及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择2009年1月至2011年12月人院住院治疗的冠心病患者215例,经患者知情同意后,按照治疗方法分为辛伐他汀组75例,高压氧组68例及高压氧联用辛伐他汀组(联用组)72例,分别于入院第1、14天检测外周静脉血白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素.6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactiveprotein,CRP)、一氧化氮(NO)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素(ET)的含量。结果联用组治疗后IL-1[(19.14±6.20)μg/L]、IL-6[(9.79±4.01)μg/L]、CRP[(18.01±8:81)mg/L]、NO[(85.30±26.01)mg/L]、CGRP[(57.89±13.42)mg/L]、ET[(50.02±8.69)mg/L]与辛伐他汀组IL-1[(22.66±6.94)μg/L]、IL-6[(12.27±4.57)μg/L]、CRP[(28.94±10.17)mg/L]、NO[(59.47±23.01)mg/L]、CGRP[(37.34±10.71)mg/L]、ET[(79.45±12.17)mg/L]和高压氧组1L-1[(22.27±6.84)μg/L]、IL-6[(12.66±4.63)μg/L]、CRP[(29.76±10.33)mg/L]、NO[(印.41±22.91)mg/L]、CGRP[(36.77±10.68)mg/L]、ET[(78.97±12.01)mg/L]比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),辛伐他汀组与高压氧组各项数据比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论高压氧联合辛伐他汀对动脉粥样硬化相关炎症因子有明显抑制作用,并且可显著提高血管内皮功能,对AS的炎性反应发生、发展起到抑制作用。
Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) combined with simvastatin on the expression of atherosclerosis-related inflammatory factor and vascular endothelial function. Methods Two hundred and fifteen cases of coronary heart disease admitted into our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011 were divided by methods of treatment into the following three groups: the simvastatin group (75 cases), the HBO group (68 cases) and the HBO combined with simvastatin group (72 cases). Levels of interleukin-1 ( IL-1 ), interleukin-6 ( IL-6), C-reactive protein ( CRP), nitric oxide ( NO), calcitonin gene- related peptide (CGRP), endothelin (ET) were detected respectively on day 1 and day 14 after admission. Results Following treatment, significant differences could be noted in the levels of IL-1 [ ( 19.14 ±6.20) μg/L], IL-6 [ (9.79 ± 4.01 ) μg/L], CRP [ ( 18.01 ± 8.81 ) mg/L], NO [ (85.30 ± 26.01)mg/L], CGRP [(57.89 ±13.42)mg/L] and ET [(50.02 ±8.69)mg/L] in the patients of the combined therapy group, when compared with those of the patients in the simvastatin group (IL-1 [ (22.66± 6.94)μg/L], IL-6 [(12.23 ±4.57)μg/L], CRP [(28.94 ± 10.17)mg/L], NO [(59.47 ± 23. 01) mg/ L], 22.27 ±6.84)μg/L, IL-6 [ (12.66 ±4.63)μg/L], CRP [(29.76 ± lO. 33)mg/L], NO [(60.41 ± 22.91 ) mg/L], CGRP [ (36.77 ± 10. 68 ) mg/L ] and ET [ (78. 97 -± 12. 01 ) mg/L ], with statistical significance(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions HBO combined with simvastatin had significant inhibitive effects on atherosclerosis-related inflammatory factor as well as on the occurrence and development of inflammatory response to atheroselerosis, and also could improve vascular endothelial function.
