摘要
树突状细胞(DC)是机体重要的专职抗原提呈细胞,参与多种生理病理过程,其数量与功能改变与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。在胃癌组织中,DC的数量与成熟度的降低使肿瘤易于进展与转移,并影响患者预后。DC经体外培养、刺激成熟和负载肿瘤抗原后回输患者体内,可诱导特异性抗肿瘤细胞免疫反应,发挥抗肿瘤作用。以DC为基础的肿瘤免疫治疗已显示出良好的临床应用前景,有望成为肿瘤治疗体系中一种新手段。
Dendritic cell is the most important antigen-presenting cell (APC) which induces various patho-physiological processes. It is reported that the dysfunction of dendritic cells(DCs) is related to oncogenesis. In gastric cancer, the reduction of DCs in amount and maturity will promote the progression and metastasis of tumors, and influence prognosis of patients. DCs can induce spe- cific anti-tumor response after being cultured in vitro, stimulated with cytokines, and then loaded with tumor antigens. Nowadays, DC- based vaccines have showed good prospects in clinical application, and have the potential to provide a new method for comprehensive treatment of cancer patients.
