摘要
目的:探讨腹部手术中附加内环封闭术治疗成人腹股沟斜疝的可行性。方法:回顾分析近10a来我院腹部手术中行内环封闭术治疗成人腹股沟斜疝29例的临床资料。结果:该附加手术的时间平均为5min20s,本组病例术后无手术部位感染或(和)其他并发症,恢复良好,随访时间最长9a,无复发疝发生。结论:对诊断明确的腹股沟斜疝,只要病例选择得当,在腹部手术中附加内环封闭术,以消除疝门并加强腹壁薄弱或缺损环节,可谓是治疗腹股沟斜疝的简便、可靠方法。
Objective： to studythe feasibile treatment of indirect adult inguinal hernia using abdominal surgery of hgh lgation. Methods： using the high ligation of hernia on adult indirect inguinal hernia, the data of the clinical manifestation, surgery com- plications and follow- up was analyzed from July 2002 to June 2011. Results：No operative death, no postoperative hernial sac and scrotal skin infections, Operation time is an average of 5 minutes and 20 seconds, the longest follow - up time for nine years, there is no recurrent hernias. Conclusion： As long as the the appropriate cases are selected, the treatment of abdominal surgery of high ligation to indirect inguinal hernia is safe and feasible.
