足跟跟分压-体重比与平衡能力的关系研究

摘要 目的:找寻跟分压-体重比与人体平衡能力的关系,将足跟分压-体重比作为平衡训练的参考指标。方法:秤量体重,秤量自然站立、后失衡点、前失衡点足跟重力分压,计算这三个姿势的跟分压-体重比,运用SPSS 10.0对数据进行进行统计学分析,分析跟分压-体重比与平衡能力的关系。结果:自然站立跟分压-体重比为0.24~0.72之间,需较小的平衡能力;后失衡点跟分压-体重比为0.52~0.93之间,小于该值需中等平衡能力,大于该值需较大平衡能力;前失衡点跟分压-体重比为0.04~0.36之间,大于该值需中等平衡能力,小于该值需较大平衡能力。 Objective: Find relationships between the ratio of heel partial pressure to body weight and human body balance capacity. Use the ratio of heel partial pressure to body weight as an indicator to balance capacity training. Methods:Measure body weight;heel partial pressure of natural standing, front imbalance point, and rear imbalance point; Calculate ratios of heel partial pressure of those three positions to body weight. Analyze data statistically using SPSS 10.0 ; Perform the analysis of relationship between the ratio of heel partial pressure to body weight and human body balance capacity. Results:For natural standing, the heel partial pressure to weight ratio ranges from 0.24 to 0.72, which indicates lesser demanding for inherent balance capacity. The ratios of that for rear imbalance point vary from 0. 52 to 0.93. Patients having smaller values than that need medium balance capacity and those having larger values require comparatively large balance capacity. Ratios for front imbalance point are between 0.04 to 0. 36, which values are larger than that need medium balance capacity and smaller than that need greater balance ability.
