细旦涤纶低弹网络丝的生产工艺

摘要 研究了 83.3dtex/ 72 f细旦涤纶低弹网络丝在生产过程中纺丝温度、上油率、POY断裂伸长、条干不匀率、网络工艺等因素对生产的影响。结果表明 ,纺丝温度 2 88℃ ,上油率控制在 0 .5%~ 0 .6 %,条干不匀率小于 3.75%,网络工艺控制要防止出现飘丝 ,可生产出优质细旦纤维。 The effects of spinning parameters such as spinning temperature, oiling, POY elongation at break, yarn unevenness and interlacing process on the production of 83 3 dtex/72f fine denier low\|elastic interlaced PET yarn were studied. The result showed that the top\|quality fine denier fiber could be obtained when the spinning parameters were selected as the spinning temperature of 288℃, oil up\|take in the range of 0 5%~0 6% and yarn uneveness below 3 75% (CV) and when drift filament was successfully avoided during the course of interlacing.
