摘要
用等规聚丙烯与少量烯烃类高聚物共混 ,纺制成分散染料染色性能较好的共混纤维。讨论了采用不同的拉伸和染色条件对纤维染色效果的影响。研究表明 ,烯烃类高聚物的添加量、拉伸倍数、热板温度、热辊温度都会影响纤维的结晶度和取向度 ,染色时间、浴比、p H值、助剂 ,尤其是染色温度对染色效果均有一定影响。
By the way of isotactic polypropylene blending with a little olefin polymer additive, the disperse dyeable polypropylene fiber was manufactured. The influence of different drawing and dyeing conditions on the dyeability of blended fiber was discussed. It is shown that the crystallinity and degree of orientation are affected by the content of olefin polymer additive, draw ratio and the temperatures of heat plate and heat roller,and the dyeability is especially affected by dyeing temperature,time, ratio, pH value and auxiliary agent.
