摘要
目的：总结神经内镜下经双鼻孔蝶窦入路切除垂体瘤的围手术期护理经验。方法：回顾性分析28例神经内镜下经双鼻孔蝶窦垂体瘤切除术患者的围手术期护理资料。结果：垂体腺瘤全切26例，术后脑脊液鼻漏3例，暂时性尿崩8人，无颅内感染及死亡病例。结论：神经内镜下经双鼻孔蝶窦入路垂体瘤切除术具有创伤小、术野暴露充分、术后患者恢复快、并发症少等优势，是大多数垂体瘤理想的手术方式，围手术期的优质护理既是保证手术成功的重要组成，也是患者快速康复的必要保证。
Objective： to summarize endoscopic nerve by double nostril transsphenoidal approach road resection of pituitary tumor periopera- tive nursing experience. Methods ： a retrospective analysis of 28 cases of endoscopic nerve by double nostrils sphenoid sinus pituitary tumor re- section of patients with perioperative nursing material. Results ： total resection of pituitary adenoma （26 cases） , postoperative eerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea in 3, temporary urine collapse eight people, no intracranial infections and deaths. Conclusion： endoscopic nerve by double nostril transsphenoidal approach road pituitary tumor resection has the virtues of small trauma, operative field exposure fully, postoperative patients rapid recovery, fewer complications, ere advantages, is most pituitary tumor ideal operation method, perioperative nursing care quality is an important component for successful operation is fast rehabilitation in patients with the necessary guarantee.
