摘要
对13例晚期肝癌患者应用甲苯磺酸索拉非尼治疗，治疗过程中出现皮疹红斑、手足综合征、恶心呕吐、腹泻及高血压等不良反应，加强肝癌患者心理护理和健康教育，同时对药物不良反应进行护理干预。结果除1例因严重手足反应药物减量治疗以外，其他患者均症状得以缓解，顺利完成治疗过程。
