摘要
目的：探讨急性胰腺炎（acute pancreatitis，AP）的非手术治疗疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年12月-2012年11月的148例AP患者的临床资料。结果：148例急性胰腺炎中治愈123例，复发20例，死亡1例。结论：非手术治疗急性胰腺炎有显著疗效。
Objective： To study the acute pancreatitis （ acute pancreatitis, AP ） non operation therapy. Methods ： a retrospective analysis of 2010 December to 2012 November, clinical data of 148 patients with AP. Results： 148 cases of acute pancreatitis in 123 cases were cured, 20 cases died of recurrence, 1 cases. Conclusion： non operation therapy of acute pancreatitis have a significant effect.
