摘要
目的：探索医疗费用控制办法，总结公立医院改革，合理控制医疗费用的经验。方法：从我院控制医疗费用的主要做法和成效出发，分析出医疗控费工作的难点，并提出解决办法和下一步工作重点。结论：我院医疗控费工作成效明显，但仍需要保证长效管理。
Objective： To explore the medical cost control method, summarizes the public hospital reform experience reasonable control medical expenses. Methods： we started from the main methos and results in controlling medical expense, analyzes the difficult medical control fee, and puts forward the corresponding solutions and the next step work key. Conclusion： our works in medical control cost effectiveness is obvious, but still need to ensure the longterm management.
