摘要
研制了蜂窝式导电玻璃钢电除雾器并在冶炼烟气制酸装置上进行了性能测试。电除雾器采用正六边形玻璃钢沉淀电极和NCH - 2型电晕极线 ,沉淀电极之间没有死区 ,电晕极线极配性能良好。所选玻璃钢导电性强 ,阻燃性好 ,质量轻。试验结果证明 ,该电除雾器处理气量大 ,除雾效率高 ,当电场内气体流速为 1 2m/s时 ,电除雾器出口气体中酸雾含量仍可达到生产控制指标 ;与同样电场和烟气条件下的铅制圆管式电除雾器相比 ,出口气体中的酸雾含量仅为 1 /3。经济比较说明 ,设备造价低于同规模的管式硬PVC电除雾器和管式铅电除雾器。
