北醌类光敏色素的生物催化合成

Study on Biocatalytic Synthesis of Perylenequinone Photoactive Pigment

摘要 A filamwntous fungus Hypomyces(Fr) Tul. sp has been isolated from the western mountain area of Yunnan province in China and cultured successfully. The biocatalytic synthesis of fungus was investigated for the first time. Chemical components of fungus metabolite have been analyzed. The result shows that the metabolite products of fungus contain perylenequinones photosensitive pigments Elsinochrome A(EA), Hypocrellin A(HA), Hypocrellin B(HB), and mennitol. the chemical structure of perylenequinones were confirmed by elemental analysis, UV, FT IR, ( 1H, 13 C)2DNMR, MS, and X ray diffraction methods.
