尺骨撞击综合征的MRI表现分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究分析尺骨撞击综合症患者的MRI表现。方法对2009年7月至2012年2月我院收治的28例尺骨撞击综合症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均给予MRI检查,观察不同尺骨撞击综合症分级患者的MRI表现。结果 I级患者有关节软骨正常;II级有关节软骨形态不规则;III级有关节软骨不规则且变薄;IV级有关节软骨的局部消失。所有患者均有T1WI的低信号,STIR高信号。以患者的关节镜为标准,MRI对患者的诊断准确26例,两种方法诊断准确率比较无显著差异,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论尺骨撞击综合症的MRI表现具有一定的特异性,通过MRI可以有效地显示出患者的病变情况,值得应用。
