摘要
目的探讨颈椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者有效的围手术期护理对策。方法回顾性分析我院2009～2011年间收治的47例颈椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者的临床资料,所有患者均给予心理护理、术前指导、术后护理、出院指导等围手术期综合护理。结果本组47例颈椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者手术均取得成功,平均住院(13.4±3.2)d,患者术后运动功能恢复良好,未发生呼吸道感染、泌尿道感染等并发症。结论对颈椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者实施有效的围手术期护理不仅能够确保手术的成功,还有利于患者术后的康复。
Objective To investigate the effective measures of peri operation period nursing in cervical spine fracture combined with spinal cord injury patients.Methods A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 47 cases with cervical spine fracture combined with spinal cord injury in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 years,all the patients were given psychological nursing,preoperative,postoperative care,guidance and instruction discharge comprehensive nursing in the peri operation period.Results All the operation were successful,the average length was（13.4 ±3.2） d,postoperative recovery of motor function is good,without the occurrence of respiratory tract infections,urinary tract infections and other complications.Conclusion Taking effective peri operation period nursing to the patients with cervical spine fracture combined with spinal cord injury not only can ensure the operation successfully,and is beneficial for postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
