摘要
目的通过测定龈沟液(GCF)内基质金属蛋白酶-8(MMP-8)的水平,评估排龈术对楔状缺损修复后牙周状况的影响。方法选择患楔状缺损的下颌前磨牙84颗,分为A、B两组,每组42颗受试牙,A组排龈后用3MZ350纳米树脂充填,B组直接用3MZ350纳米树脂充填,分别在术前、术后1、3、6个月时进行临床指标(PLI、GI、GCD)检查和龈沟液取样,对GCF量和MMP-8水平进行测定。结果术前、术后1个月时,A、B两组各项指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后3、6个月时,A、B两组各临床指标无统计学差异(P>0.05),而GCF量和MMP-8水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论排龈术用于楔状缺损修复能减少对患牙牙周组织的损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of gingival retraction technique on periodontal tissue by measuring the level of MMP-8 in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) after wedge-shaped defect restoration.Methods Totally,84 mandibular premolars with wedge-shaped defect were selected and randomly divided into A,B groups.Croup A was restored with 3MZ-350 nanmeter compound resin after using retraction cord.Group B was directly restored with 3MZ-350 nanmeter compound resin.Clinical parameters including PLI,GI,GCD,volomes of GCF,and levels of MMP-8 in gingival crevicular fluid were measured at the point of pre-restoration(baseline),1-month,3-month and 6-month after restoration.Results At the point of baseline and 1-month after restoration,there were no differences in all parameters between group A and B(P 0.05).At the point of 3,6-month after restoration,there were no differences in all clinical parameters between group A and B(P0.05),while the differences of GCF volome and MMP-8 level were significant(P0.05).Conclusion Gingival retraction technique applied in wedge-shaped defect restoration can reduce the damage to the periodontal tissue.
