摘要
目的对比研究腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的疗效。方法随机选择我院宫外孕患者77名,分成A、B组,A组44名患者为观察组,给予患者腹腔镜手术医治;B组33名患者为对照组,给予患者开腹手术医治。将A、B组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果经治疗,A组患者手术用时、手术出血量及住院天数均明显低于B组患者,患者身体恢复相比于B组患者较好,并发症概率低于B组。结论腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕效果显著,优于开腹手术效果。
Objective Comparative Study on the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy for ectopic pregnancy.Methods Random selection of 77 hospital patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided into groups A,B,A group of 44 patients in the observation group,given to patients with laparoscopic surgery heal;B group of 33 patients in the control group,to give patients with abdominal surgery healing.A,B group treatment effects were analyzed.Results After treatment in group A patients,surgical,surgical bleeding,flatus and hospital stay were significantly lower than group B patients,the patient＇s body recovery compared to patients in group B,good complication probability is lower than the B group.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy,significantly better than open surgery effect.
