摘要
目的研究痰热清联合头孢菌素治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法将社区获得性肺炎110例随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例,对照组单纯采用头孢曲松钠进行抗生素治疗,治疗组除使用头孢曲松钠治疗外加用痰热清注射液进行治疗。观察时间为7d。结果 7d治疗观察结束后判断疗效,治疗组总有效率为92.7%,对照组总有效率为72.7%,其差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论痰热清联合头孢菌素治疗社区获得性肺炎效果优于单纯使用头孢菌素进行治疗。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tanreqing Injection combined with cephalosporin for community-acquired pneumonia.Methods 110 patients with community acquired pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,55 cases of observation group were treated by Ceftriaxone sodium combined with Tanreqing Injection for 7 days,55 cases of control group were treated by Ceftriaxone sodium for 7 days.The efficacy of two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.7%,significantly higher than 72.7% of control group.There was statistically significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of combined therapy with Tanreqing Injection plus cephalosporin and basic therapy is better than that of cephalosporin plus basic therapy for community acquired pneumonia.
