摘要
分别以乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇二乙醚和 1,4-二氧六环为有机配体 ,制备了一系列双金属氰化物催化剂 ;用 X射线衍射 (XRD)和 X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)技术 ,研究了催化剂的晶相结构和表面状态 .结果表明 ,钴以原料 Zn3[Co(CN ) 6 ]2 · x H2 O中的物种形式存在 ,在催化剂的制备过程中没有氧化还原反应发生 ,有机配体只与锌离子配位 ,这种配位作用破坏了 Zn3[Co(CN) 6 ]2 · 12 H2 O的晶体结构 ,催化剂的表面物种可能是 Zn2 +、 [Co-(CN) 6 ]3- 、 H2 O和有机配体的复合物 .
A series of double metal cyanide complex (DMC) catalysts using glyme, diethyl diglycol and 1,4 dioxane separately as organic complexes were synthesized. The structures and the valence states of the elements of these catalysts were characterized by means of XRD and XPS. Experimental results show that Co atoms in all DMC catalysts keep the coordination states of [Co(CN) 6] 3- , while Zn is coordinated with O atom in organic complex, which results in the disappearance of the characteristic diffraction peak of Zn 3 [Co(CN) 6] 2 ·xH 2O. No oxidation reduction occurs in the preparation procedure of DMC catalyst. The species on the surface of DMC catalyst may be the complex of Zn 2+ , [Co(CN) 6] 3- , H 2O and an organic compound.
