间苯三酚治疗急性痉挛性腹痛的临床观察被引量：4

摘要目的观察间苯三酚对急性痉挛性腹痛的疗效及不良反应。方法将2012年1月至2012年8月来我院急诊科就诊的96例急性痉挛性腹痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各48例,治疗组将间苯三酚注射液80mg加入5%葡萄糖注射溶液250mL静脉滴注,对照组将654-2注射液10mg加入5%葡萄糖溶液250mL静脉滴注。观察两组患者的临床效果及不良反应。结果两组的总有效率分别为81.7%、83.6%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),总不良反应发生率分别为4.1%、69.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚治疗急性痉挛性腹痛效果显著,不良反应少,安全性高,值得在临床上推广使用。
