摘要
对渗铝钢管焊接接头区的力学性能、渗铝层厚度、铝浓度、组织性能和耐蚀性等进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,渗铝钢管焊接接头区具有一定的抗变形能力,塑韧性较好,有利于改善渗铝钢管的焊接性。挂片及生产运行试验证明了该渗铝钢管焊接接头区域的抗高温氧化性和耐H2S腐蚀性能满足在石化设备中的使用要求。
An experimental investigation was made of the mechanical performance, the thickness of the aluminium-coated layer,the Concentration.composition performance,and corrosion resistance of aluminium in the zone of the welded joints.The result that the zone of the welded joints had some deformation resistant ability, good plastics-toughness,and could improve the weldability of the aluminium-coated steel pipes.The experiments of hanging sheets and operation show that high temperature oxidation resistance and H2S corosion resistance of the welding joint zone of the aluminium-coated steel pipes could satisfy the application requirement of petrochemical equipment.
