摘要
采用热线风速仪测量陶瓷过滤器脉冲反吹喷嘴出口的流场得到了喷吹气体流量,分析了喷吹压力和脉冲宽度对喷吹气体流量的影响。实验结果表明,喷吹气体流量随喷吹压力的增加而显著增加,而脉冲宽度的增加对喷吹气体流量的影响较小,只是增加了气体喷吹持续时间。同时证明由热线风速仪测得的一次脉冲反吹的压缩气体耗量与将储气罐排气过程简化为绝热排气过程所计算出的结果非常吻合,推荐采用绝热排气过程估算压缩气体耗量。
The flow field at the outle of the pulse-jetting nozzle of a ceramic filter was measured using a hot-wire wind velocity indicator, tbe jetted gas flow was obtained, the influence of the jetting pressure and the pulse width on the jetted gas flow was analyzed.The result shows that the jetted gas flow would be evidently increased with the rise of the jetting pressure, the increase of the pulse width had a little influence on the jetted gas flow and only increased the sustained time of the gas jetting. It also verified that the consumption of the compressed gas for one for the pulse jetting measured with the hot-wire wind velocty indicator was in a good agreement with the calculated of ismplifying the discharge of the gas storage tank into the heat insulation discharge process, the consumption of the compressed gas should be estimated using the heat insulation discharge process.
