摘要
光卤石冷分解—浮选法生产氯化钾,以正常光卤石(MgCl2/KCl=1.400~1.800.KCl/NaCl≈1.00)完全分解为最理想.但在实际生产中,因受卤水组成和盐田工艺控制的影响,出现了各种非常规的盐田光卤石.计算表明.高钠光卤石分解回收率最高,单位氯化钾产量耗水量较少.虽然分解产物质量一般.但与高镁光卤石、高镁高钠低钾光卤石相比.经济效益最好.
In terms of theory,the production of potassium chloride by cold decomposition flotation gains high efficiency when normal carnallite(MgCl2 / KCl=1.400~1 .800,KCl / NaCl≈1.00) decomposed completely.But,in pactice,owing to brine and saline process controlling, some unnormal carnallite appear.Through caculation,this paper shows that high-sodium carnallite has high recovery of decomposition,low water consumption of unit potassium chloride output from decomposition and generalized production quanlity.Compared with high-magnesium, high-magnesium sodium and low potassium carnallite, it has highest economic benefit.
