摘要
随着农业产业结构调整和产业化发展,甘谷县辣椒生产及加工规模得到了大幅度增长,辣椒产业已逐渐成为当地农民群众增收致富的重要来源。为加快甘谷县辣椒产业的发展,进一步调整农业产业结构,使辣椒产业在增加农民收入中发挥更大的作用。该文阐述分析了甘谷县辣椒产业发展的现状及存在问题,从新品种选育推广、新技术应用、提升产业化经营水平等方面入手,提出促进甘谷县辣椒产业发展的对策建议。
With the adjustment of agricultural structure and the development of industralization, the production and the pro- cessing of Gangu Pepper have increased greatly, which makes the pepper industry gradually acts as the important source of in- creasing their income for the local peasants. In order to speed up the development and adjustment the structure of Gangu Pep- per ,we should analyze and anatomy the present situation and the existing problems , which makes contribute to playing a more important role for the Gangu Pepper. The paper put forward some suggestions and countermeasures about improving the Gangu pepper~ development , from the breeding of new varieties to the application of the techonology research and then to how to make measures to improve the level of indusrialization managemant.
