石灰岩质机制砂混凝土收缩徐变试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 进行了石灰岩质机制砂的主要材性及配合比试验,并在自然环境下,对石灰岩质机制砂混凝土梁进行了收缩、徐变试验,根据实测数据,拟合出机制砂的收缩、徐变时程关系表达式;并将其与国内外几种常用的收缩、徐变模式进行了对比分析。结果表明,配筋率对混凝土收缩应变和徐变挠度系数有一定程度的影响;ACI-209及本文拟合的公式与试验结果更为接近。 The material properties and mix proportion experiments of the limestone mechanism sand concrete are carried out. And under the natural environment, the shrinkage and creep tests of the limestone mechanism sand concrete beams are processed. According to the practical data, the shrinkage and creep relational expressions are fitted out, and several existing prediction models of creep and shrinkage are compared and analyzed. The test results show that the reinforeement ratio has a certain degree of influenee on the concrete shrinkage strain and creep coefficient, and the ACI- 209 model and this paper's fitting formula are better close to the experimental results.
