摘要
设计一种声波测井仪器的发射电路,不仅能有效地克服目前声波发射电路的某些局限性,还能方便地调节换能器激励脉冲的宽度,使发射电路处于谐振状态,从而有利于提高发射电路的工作效率,具有一定的应用价值。
A new kind of transmitting circuit of sonic logging tool is developed. It adopts VMOS power field effect transistor. Adjusting the pulse width of electric-driving signal makes the transducer be in resonance status. Therefore it can improve the sonic transmitting efficiency of the transducer and is of a certain application value.
