河南石油勘探局炼油厂针对溶剂罐区存在的平面布置不合理、脱水系统、排水系统、消防系统等问题采取了一系列的整改措施,并规范化了安全管理制度,消除了原罐区所存在的事故隐患,确保了全厂的安全生产。
The Refinery in Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau modified the equipment layout, dewatering system, drainage system, firefighting system, etc. to remove the existing problemsin the solvent tank farm and standardized its safety management systems, thus the safe operation of the whole plant is assured.
