加热设备是化工生产中广泛应用的一种进行热量传递的设备,其操作过程中潜在较大的火灾爆炸危险性。根据工艺及设备特点,分析了其生产过程中存在的危险因素和条件,总结了火灾爆炸事故的预防措施与技术。
A furnace is a kind of heat transfer equipment widely used in chemical plants. Its operaton involves high risk of fire and explosion. The risk elements and conditions in its operation are analysed based on its process and mechanical characteristic. The prevention measures and techniques of fire and explosion are provided in conclusion.
