摘要
通过对润滑油糠醛精制装置设备腐蚀状况的调查分析与研究,搞清了该类装置中设备的腐蚀机理,提出采用加注缓蚀剂为主的一套有效的防护措施,保证装置安全平稳生产。
Aninvestigation, analysis and study and carried out of the erosion of equipment on a furfural for lubricant purifying plant. The mechanism of erosion of equipment on this kind of plant is clarified. A set of effective prevention measures are proposed with the core of injection of an anti erosion agent and the safe smooth operation of the plant is achieved.
