摘要
中共十七届六中全会明确提出,文化建设是社会主义新农村建设的灵魂。主要分布于广大农村的非物质文化遗产以其自身特性对农民的文化取向形成了一种凝聚力量。"传统"与"现代"共存于一个空间,相互发展、相互促进。就邯郸市歌舞类非物质文化遗产而言,对其的传承与保护在新农村文化建设中具有重要的地位和作用。
At the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th National Congress of the CPC,cultural construction is the soul of new socialist rural areas.Intangible cultural heritage in rural areas works as a gathering strength in the cultural orientation of farmers.＂Traditional＂ and ＂modern＂ coexist in a space of mutual development and mutual promotion.As far as Handan＇s songs and dances as intangible cultural heritage are concerned,its inheritance and protection play an important role in the cultural construction of new rural areas.
