摘要
农村公共文化服务是政府提供社会公共服务的重要方面,其中农村公共文化服务设施是政府所能提供的最直接、最明显的服务。本文以河北省为研究对象,通过阐释农村公共文化服务设施的内涵,概述河北省农村公共文化服务设施的发展现状,指出目前存在的问题。并提出可以通过制定农村公共文化服务设施发展规划,注重设施的维护与更新,积极推动贫困偏远农村设施建设,建设政府主导、社会力量积极参与的多元化投入渠道,由此引导农民群众自主参与的路径来完善农村公共文化服务设施建设。
Rural public cultural service facilities is an important aspect of public services that the government provide.Rural public cultural service facilities are the most direct and the most obvious service that can be provided by the government,.This paper uses Hebei province as the research object.Interpretated the connotation of rural public cultural service facilities.Overviewed the development status of the rural public cultural service facilities in Hebei Province.Pointed out the existing problems.At last propsed formulation rural public cultural facilities development planning,focusing on the maintenance and updating of the facilities,and actively promote poverty in remote rural facilities,the construction of a government-led social forces to actively participate in a diversified investment channels and guide the path of self-involvement of the masses of peasants to improve rural public cultural service facilities.
