摘要
钢铁工业是国民经济的基础产业,也是实现工业化的支柱产业,并与环境保护密切相关。新中国成立以来,在不同时期,面对不同的发展环境和钢铁工业生产能力,中共中央对钢铁工业发展的思想和实践也与时俱进,不断发展与创新。从优先发展重工业、"钢铁挂帅"到技术和资本引进、利用两个市场,再到淘汰落后产能、实现科学发展,每个时期中央都对钢铁工业的发展做出了艰辛探索和巨大贡献,并成为新中国实现现代化、建设工业强国的重要指导思想,从而也成为中国道路内涵的重要组成部分。
The iron and steel industry is the basic industry in the national economy,which is closely related with environment.Since the founding of New Chin,there have been different development ideas in different periods,from the priority development of heavy industry,iron and steel in command to the introduction of technology and capital,to taking advantage of the two markets,then to eliminating backward production capacity,and in the end to achieving scientific development.The iron and steel industry has become an important component in the developing road of China and modernization drive.
